About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role helps create an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. The position includes assisting customers, maintaining and replenishing the sales floor, operating the cash register and POS system, handling transactions, promoting the MINISO Membership Program, and supporting store policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Adherence to store policies and procedures.
Professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Reliability demonstrated through consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.

Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.

Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.

Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
