About The Position

The Sales Associate assists with the daily sales of a Lilly Pulitzer retail store. The role provides an exceptional customer experience, represents the Lilly Pulitzer brand and its Resort Chic lifestyle, and upholds the company’s Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities. The position is hourly, non-exempt, and eligible for overtime. Because the business is seasonal, flexible additional hours may be required during peak periods, and the associate must follow the Company Retail Holiday time-off policy. The position is reviewed annually.

Requirements

• Genuine, optimistic approach to customer service.
• Passion for the Lilly Pulitzer brand positioning.
• Ability to work the store schedule as needed, including nights and weekends.

• Provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Maintain inventory integrity.
