Requirements

Ability to work continuously for 6-8 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach.
Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items.
Ability to reach for and lift items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Commission for most selling employees varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%.
Commission for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.

Responsibilities
