Jayman BUILT, one of Alberta’s top home builders, is seeking a Single-Family Sales Associate for their Edmonton location. This role is ideal for individuals who understand the importance of customer service, are outgoing, self-motivated, and possess the passion and knowledge to present homes to potential buyers. The position offers a structured training program and a path for career growth within the company.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales or customer facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong work ethic, team player and an ability to handle stress appropriately.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a full-time schedule including weekday, evening and weekend hours.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to interact professionally with potential customers.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pride of the brand & a belief in ownership of the ‘Jayman Way’.

Responsibilities

• Support and train under the Area Sales Manager.
• Sell homes to potential buyers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage a full-time schedule including weekday, evening and weekend hours.
• Interact professionally with potential customers.
• Contribute to the company's track record.
