About The Position
Blufox Mobile is hiring Sales Representatives to join their team. They offer aggressive hourly pay plus commission, with representatives potentially earning $18-35 per hour. The company boasts an entrepreneurial and innovative work culture with limitless opportunities for growth and provides excellent training. Blufox is a fast-growing branded partner for Comcast XFINITY services, expanding its retail footprint across the US. They are looking for individuals with retail sales experience, ideally selling Mobile and Cable products, who are eager to contribute to their growing team.
Requirements
- Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time, Open Availability
Nice To Haves
- Experience selling Mobile and Cable products is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell Xfinity products/services using effective knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
- Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities and articulating competitive advantages to up-sell accounts, explaining new features.
- Execute sales closing techniques consistently, repeatedly, and in a timely manner to maximize Gross Profit.
- Create value around all products and services and tailor packages to fit customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently and maximize commissions.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude when interacting with customers in a constantly changing environment.
- Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company.
- Strive to achieve maximum Net Promoter Scores (NPS) with each customer interaction.
- Work well with the team, possess relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Stay up to date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies for both the Company and its competition.
- Achieve overall performance goals of the organization.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime, as necessary.
