About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, maintain a clean and organized store with visual merchandising that meets brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. In locations where state laws require specific licenses or credentials, duties and work practices may vary accordingly. This is a part-time position. The store is closed every Sunday. Applicants must be fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish and have a high school diploma or equivalent. One or more years of retail or customer service experience is preferred. The role requires multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. The listed pay range is $15.16 to $17.58 per hour.
