About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, energetic shopping experience and help them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, recommend eyewear suited to individual lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals and lasting customer relationships. Associates receive hands-on training and work with experienced professionals and store leadership to provide service and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment. The role also involves keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and ability to help customers find a suitable look.
