About The Position

This is a full-time Sales Associate position. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their needs, and facilitating the sales process. The position offers a flexible schedule and a fun work environment. After an initial training period, compensation is based on a combination of hourly pay and commission, transitioning to straight commission after 90 days. There is no cap on earning potential.

Requirements

• Ability to lift merchandise of 40lbs to move furniture as part of the selling process.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to listen and respond to customer’s needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude when working with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, typing, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs rarely, and/or up to 10 lbs occasionally to move objects.

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
