About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized and merchandise it to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials, so duties and work practices may vary to meet those requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
