About The Position

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies focused on providing an exceptional guest experience. The Sales Associate is one of the first team members guests interact with, welcoming customers, answering questions, recommending wash services, and explaining membership programs. The role is suited to an outgoing, friendly, and dependable person who enjoys working with people and is motivated to help customers find products and services that meet their needs. Previous car wash experience is not required; training is provided. This is a full-time, day-shift position in Anna, Texas, offering approximately 35–40 hours per week at $13–$15 per hour. The work takes place in a fast-paced, customer-focused, team-oriented environment, including outdoor work in changing weather conditions. The position offers opportunities to develop skills in sales, customer service, communication, and leadership, with potential career advancement.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, restaurants, hospitality, cashiering, membership sales, or similar customer-facing roles; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
Follow safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash professionally and enthusiastically.
