About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to provide excellent service and maintain a positive, inclusive store environment. They help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to support a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences.
