About The Position
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well.” We are seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for our Roosevelt Field mall store. This role is crucial as the heartbeat of the store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences. The associate will greet customers warmly, provide expert product advice, and ensure a smooth and friendly checkout process. Comprehensive training will be provided on menswear styling, measuring, and creating polished looks. In addition to sales, the role involves general store operations such as restocking and handling shipments to maintain the store's appearance.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience is essential.
- Experience preferably in a premium retail environment.
- Personality and enthusiasm.
- Pride in appearance.
- Driven, can-do attitude.
- Work authorization to work in person within the United States.
