About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will welcome customers and help families find products for children’s milestones, from baby essentials to back-to-school needs. You will provide product assistance, support a positive shopping experience across store and omnichannel services, complete sales and store operations, and help maintain a safe, clean store. Requirements

• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and serve multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel services as needed to meet customer needs and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Communicate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
