About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, engaging shopping experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They build customer relationships, recommend eyewear suited to individual lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. Associates work with their team and leadership, maintain a clean and appealing store, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment. Hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals support continued learning and development.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and support sales.

• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and ability to help customers find a suitable look.
