About The Position

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and sell premium mattress and bedding products. Associates use the company’s established selling process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, which uses 18 measurements and personalized recommendations to help customers find suitable sleep solutions. The role focuses on providing a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and understanding customers’ needs. Associates may also reset the showroom floor and help customers load mattress purchases into their vehicles. The position offers paid training, ongoing feedback, and learning resources. Mattress Warehouse is a family-owned and operated bedding retailer with more than 520 store locations and 30 years in the industry.

Requirements

• Motivation and enthusiasm for retail sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to meet and interact with customers and understand their needs.
• Team-oriented attitude and high energy.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.

• Bilingual ability, with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s selling process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on their needs and sleep solutions.
• Use tablets, mobile point-of-sale (POS) technology, and the bedMATCH system.
• Reset the showroom floor.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases into their vehicles.
