About The Position
As a Sadler’s Outlet Sales Associate, you will assist customers to purchase perfect furniture for their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people one on one and are eager to learn about our products and services. No prior furniture or sales experience is required; a great personality and a winning attitude, combined with our in-house training, will equip you for success.
Requirements
- Ability to listen and understand the customer’s needs.
- Succeed in a team environment, yet able to work independently.
- Ability to learn POS system and general computer programs.
- Able to be mobile on the showroom floor, frequently walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- Pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.

- No past furniture or sales experience needed.
