About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Volusia Mall location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role fits your lifestyle, allowing you to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. This position requires the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.

- Provide reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
