About The Position

ECCO, a premier Footwear company, is hiring a Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate to join their Retail Team. This role is responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by providing a World Class shopping experience for guests. The Brand Ambassador will educate guests on product knowledge, features, advantages, and benefits of shoes to aid in purchasing decisions. They will also proficiently operate the cash register, manage drawer accountability, and be aware of loss prevention. Additional responsibilities include daily housekeeping, assisting management with non-selling tasks like shipment processing, stock counts, and maintaining product displays, and adhering to ECCO's policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual.
