Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- People describe you as warm, attentive, and easy to talk to
- You enjoy learning and take pride in becoming genuinely knowledgeable
- You're organized, reliable, and comfortable with basic technology
- You want work that feels meaningful - not just a paycheck

- No jewelry experience required. We've brought people in from all kinds of backgrounds and built them into confident sales consultants. What we can't teach is genuine care for people - that has to come from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and take the time to understand what they're really looking for
- Guide guests through our collections - from $100 to $100,000 - with patience and care
- Build lasting relationships through personalized follow-up and genuine attention
- Learn fine jewelry and gemstones (we teach you everything - no prior experience needed)
- Support daily store operations as a true team player
