About The Position

Clarks is seeking seasonal part-time Sales Associates to join its team. The role focuses on delivering positive sales results and excellent customer service while representing the Clarks brand. Associates help organize merchandise and back stock, maintain product placement, support store maintenance and merchandising, and follow loss-prevention procedures. The position involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
• Represent and exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
