About The Position

CamFit is an OrangeTheory Fitness franchise offering science-backed, heart-rate-based high-intensity interval training. The Sales Associate is a key front-of-house team member who welcomes members and guests, supports membership and retail sales, and helps deliver an exceptional studio experience. The role also supports daily studio operations and collaborates with coaches and other team members in a high-energy, team-first environment.

The position is listed as part-time or full-time, with salary based on experience and location. The studio location may vary.

Requirements

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment; fitness or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort using basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive, proactive attitude and desire to grow within the CamFit community.

• Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
• Experience supporting or managing multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests as the first point of contact, providing a friendly and positive experience.
• Guide prospective members through studio tours and membership options.
• Achieve sales goals for memberships, renewals, and retail products to support studio growth.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory's established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and help ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
