About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Sales Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. This role involves engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store needs. The position models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, and accurately handles customer transactions. The role also involves promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising standards, processing and preparing merchandise, and participating in store recovery and maintenance. Additionally, the associate will provide and accept feedback, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
