About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, an online store, and a mobile app. The Sales Associate at the Orlando Vineland Premium store provides customers with a great in-store shopping experience and helps with tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.

The role includes maintaining clean, organized, safe, and inviting store areas; following company safety policies and procedures; assisting with product launch changes; delivering the customer experience model; processing transactions accurately and efficiently; resolving customer service issues or escalating them to management; and promoting credit and loyalty programs. Other essential functions may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the stated experience range is 0–2 years.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate as needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customers to participate.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
