About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, and sales-oriented Sales Associates. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives and involves using customer service and sales skills to support successful store operations. Associates are encouraged to work independently, take accountability for overall store performance, and build trust with customers through active listening, clear communication, and empathy. Sales Associates learn about ACE's financial products and services and recommend options that address customers’ needs. Depending on the store, services may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Work requires accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when needed. The position requires standing for extended periods and may involve sitting, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, verbal communication, and active listening. Employees need clear near and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds may be required. The role requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
Ability to work independently and embrace accountability for overall store performance.

Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of retail experience.
Spanish proficiency is welcomed in most markets.
