About The Position

We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who actively drives store performance, rather than just supporting it. This role goes beyond traditional retail. You will be responsible for engaging customers and influencing purchase decisions, driving conversion, AOV, and overall revenue, and creating a high-energy, product-focused in-store experience. You’ll work closely with store leadership and be a key contributor to how the business performs day-to-day.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3+ years of retail or sales experience (performance-driven environments preferred)
  • Confidence in engaging customers and driving sales outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a bias toward action
  • Interest in product, style, and customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-energy, product-driven sales experience
  • Actively engage customers and guide them to the right product
  • Drive conversion and attachment (multiple units, add-ons, upgrades)
  • Confidently communicate product features, styling, and benefits
  • Contribute to store KPIs including conversion, AOV, and UPT
  • Support execution of product launches, promotions, and merchandising
  • Maintain strong awareness of top-performing styles and trends
  • Keep the sales floor fully stocked, organized, and visually strong
  • Execute transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support inventory, replenishment, and loss prevention standards
  • Bring a positive, accountable, team-first mindset
  • Take initiative and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Partner with leadership to continuously elevate execution
