Sales Associate, Part Time - WTC
About The Position
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well.” We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our NYC World Trade Center store team. In this role, you will be the core of the store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences. Your duties will include greeting customers warmly, providing expert product advice, and ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout process. You will receive hands-on training to enhance your knowledge of menswear styling, fitting, and creating polished looks. Additionally, you will participate in general store operations such as restocking and handling shipments to maintain the store's appearance.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience is essential, preferably in a premium retail environment.
- Personality and enthusiasm.
- Pride in appearance.
- Driven, can-do attitude.
- Previous retail leadership experience is required (can be from any type of retail).
- Weekend availability required.
- Work authorization to work in person within the United States.
