About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver a top-notch customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while promoting and upholding the brand’s standards. The role works under the guidance of the Store Management team. Sales Associates welcome and assist customers, promote the brand and its products, and help maintain store operations by processing inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, helpful customer service and engage customers in conversations that inspire sales and build brand loyalty.
Stay informed about current campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory and restock shelves.
Operate the cash register and perform cashiering duties.
