About The Position

The Sales Associate is a key member of the customer service team, creating memorable customer experiences through upbeat energy, storytelling, and authentic engagement. The role requires in-depth product knowledge and expertise in sustainable fashion and personal style. Sales Associates contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience across retail stores and ecommerce platforms, support the brand’s purpose, and work toward personal sales and performance goals. This is a seasonal, part-time role.

Requirements

Experience in a similar scope.
Omnichannel awareness and the ability to provide seamless service across retail and ecommerce.
Comfort with technology and apps.
Strong communication skills across a variety of platforms.
A track record of achieving personal results in a retail business, including consistently outpacing sales and performance goals.
Passion for contributing to a purpose-driven brand.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
Comfort climbing ladders, moving regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
