About The Position

SMCP is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Sales Associate for their Sandro + Maje shop-in-shop locations within Bloomingdale's in Sherman Oaks, California. This role is responsible for building customer relationships, creating loyalty, and providing an exceptional sales experience. The Sales Associate will act as an ambassador for the Sandro and Maje brands, showcasing Parisian chic and contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. The position involves assisting customers with fitting rooms, wardrobing, styling, and educating them on the exclusive collections. Collaboration with department store hosts on events and promotions is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior service experience.
• Love for Customer Service
• Friendly and outgoing communication skills
• Fashion Savvy
• Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling).
