About The Position

The Sales Associate role is a full-time position focused on representing the brand, acting as a brand ambassador, and providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities include fulfilling key-holder duties, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting clients with selections. The role also involves managing sales standards, client relationships, and contributing to inventory and visual merchandising efforts. Associates may also be required to assist with Back of House operations, including shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community

Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times

Help clients make selections and assist in the try-on process
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives
Attendance / Reporting for Work (Ulti-Pro) – clocking in and out

Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed, including: Phone calls and emails, Thank you letters, Shipping merchandise out-of-town
Maintain high productivity (consistently achieve and where possible, exceed monthly sales targets)
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales
