This role involves handling customer interactions via phone, building quotes and orders for pickup or delivery, and assisting customers with all their needs in-store. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with face-to-face, phone, and electronic sales, utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills to achieve or surpass company sales and margin goals. Additionally, Counter Sales associates are responsible for maintaining the upkeep, cleanliness, and restocking of the main store and back storage areas.

Responsibilities

Take phone calls
Build quotes and orders for pick up or delivery
Assist with all customers’ needs as they enter the store
Engage in face to face, phone, and electronic sales
Utilize exceptional customer service and sales skills to meet or exceed company sales and margin goals
Upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, restocking in the main store and back storage area(s)
