About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, offer tailored recommendations, and contribute to sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and work with experienced professionals and store leadership to deliver high-quality service and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment. The role is at a Sunglass Hut shop-in-shop inside a Bass Pro store.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to engage customers and support sales.
