About The Position

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and providing personalized eyewear and apparel recommendations. You’ll connect with customers, help them find products that suit their needs, and offer advice based on their lifestyle and preferences. The role includes learning through hands-on training, collaborating with colleagues and leadership, and helping maintain a welcoming, clean, organized, and visually appealing store. Sales Associates are also expected to foster an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
