About The Position

Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut’s success, providing customers with an authentic, energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, offering tailored eyewear recommendations, and delivering attentive service. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and leaders to support a positive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, while fostering an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

Requirements
