About The Position

Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, is seeking candidates with hustle and ambition for unlimited potential. This role involves working as a Retail Sales Representative (RSR) on a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. RSRs are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuous technological innovations and evolving customer needs. The role focuses on building significant connections with customers, deepening relationships, and uncovering customer needs through education, demonstration, and recommendation of device and service solutions. New associates will complete required training and work with their team to build skills and proficiencies.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun.
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve and sell to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
Assist customers with their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
Provide personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
Address service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
Utilize digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and explain why T-Mobile plans and services offer unlimited possibilities.
Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources.
Maximize time on shift by seeking out information, learning about wireless and technology innovations.
Establish relationships and partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
Identify and hand off small business leads.
Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
