About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, well-organized store by ensuring merchandise is in the right place on the sales floor. You collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting sales-floor environment.

The role involves listening to customers’ needs, sharing product knowledge, and using brand behaviors and personalized service to build loyalty. You uphold visual and operational standards while prioritizing the customer, use technology and available tools to support promotions and a seamless omnichannel experience, partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations, and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

This is a regular part-time position at the Palm Beach Outlets store in West Palm Beach, Florida. Availability is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
