Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build relationships with new and returning customers
• Answer questions about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Follow up with leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Complete required paperwork and sales documentation accurately
