About The Position

The Sales Associate promotes Orangetheory Fitness and its workouts to prospective members, helping the studio grow through welcoming customer service, studio tours, introductory workout support, membership sales, follow-up, and community outreach. The role is suited to enthusiastic, positive people who are passionate about fitness, communicate effectively, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, including introductory presentations (“intros”).
• Give studio tours.
• Work with trainers to guide prospective members through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
