About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a stylish, fashion-forward Sales Associate who is results-driven and passionate about customer engagement. The role involves creating an elevated customer experience, completing operational tasks to a high standard, and building lasting client relationships through knowledge of current trends and styling techniques. The Sales Associate works collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced store environment, uses available tools and technology to support omnichannel sales, and has opportunities for development and growth.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant retail experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including a flexible schedule with weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail and sales days.
