Part Time Sales Associate
About The Position
The Sales Associate assists with the daily sales of a Lilly Pulitzer retail store and provides an exceptional customer experience. The role embraces the brand’s positioning, Company Core Values, and Core Leadership Qualities. The Sales Associate understands and represents Lilly Pulitzer’s lifestyle, customers, merchandise, and heritage, and helps create an optimistic, high-energy, team-oriented store atmosphere consistent with the company’s culture. This is a seasonal, hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime. Flexible additional working hours may be required during peak periods, and the role must adhere to the Company Retail Holiday time-off policy. The position is reviewed annually.
Requirements
- Take a genuinely optimistic approach to customer service.
- Have a passion for the Lilly Pulitzer brand positioning.
- Be able to work the store schedule as needed, including nights and weekends.

- Build high-quality sales to support KPIs.
- Exhibit and share strong product knowledge with customers and peers.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance.
- Provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
- Maintain the integrity of the inventory.
