About The Position

Houston Ballet is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to assist in their retail store. This role involves greeting customers, providing product information, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and restocking inventory. Due to the busy season, the associate will serve a high volume of customers and must adhere to company policies and brand standards. The position offers a seasonal hourly salary starting at $15.00.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• Prior retail experience strongly preferred.
• Customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Must be able to stand throughout shift.
• Flexible schedule during the holiday season (expect to work all weekends throughout the holiday season).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Replenish floor inventory.
• Assist on the cash register as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the shift supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and brand standards.
