About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects WHBM’s culture of hospitality. You work with a team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also contributes to store performance and helps maintain an organized, visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting the company’s culture of hospitality.
• Initiate authentic conversations to understand customers’ needs and provide personalized service.
• Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
• Stay accountable to personal goals and contribute to overall store performance.
• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
