Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Magnolia Mall location delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and engages customers through product knowledge and jewellery styling. This flexible, part-time role provides additional coverage during peak hours, special events, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic periods, while supporting store operations. Hours vary with business needs and may range from about 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying according to business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
