Requirements
- Previous experience of 1 + year in retail, working with personalized attention and sales objectives.
- Advanced level of English is essential.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A strong customer orientation, goal achievement, and great motivation to grow and develop their professional career.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional Advisory: Creating a connection with customers and helping them find the perfect piece, offering personalized service that exceeds their expectations.
- Purposeful Objectives: Working with KPIs, individual and group goals, where performance is key to common success.
- Space Care: Keeping the store impeccable, including opening/closing, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
- Product: Responsible for the care of jewelry, stock control, and support in the inventory process.
