About The Position
Mattress Warehouse is growing and is seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associates to assist in their continuing quest to provide exceptional service to customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, Mattress Warehouse has been a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years and is USA family owned and operated. The Sales Associate will confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process and the cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch. The role focuses on providing customers with a relaxed, low pressure, and educational shopping experience aimed at improving their lives through sleep solutions. The company utilizes state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the exclusive bedMatch system. A winning, team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success. The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate.
- Ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Availability to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Experience with state-of-the-art technology including tablets and mobile point of sales (POS).
- A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

- Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
Responsibilities
- Sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process.

- Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure, and educational shopping experience.
- Focus on improving customers' lives through sleep solutions.
- Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
- Reset the showroom floor.
