This involves welcoming and educating clients on services, memberships, and products, supporting consultative selling and booking, ensuring accurate client check-in/out, maintaining clinic cleanliness, restocking products, assisting with cash wrap procedures, and adhering to all operational and compliance policies. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with peers and leaders to achieve clinic goals, actively participate in team meetings and training, and continuously seek feedback for learning. The role is on-site and requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of high-volume clinic environments.
