About The Position

The sales associate is responsible for generating fun, excitement and humor while providing sales and service to guests and customers. This position includes nights, weekends, holidays and a non-traditional work schedule. The role involves enticing customers into the store, assisting them with product selection, processing payments, and resolving customer issues. Additionally, the associate will be responsible for taking and processing pictures, maintaining store appearance and cleanliness, performing opening and closing procedures, and routine equipment maintenance. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work in confined, noisy indoor or outdoor environments with varying temperatures
Long periods of standing and walking, including stairs
Frequent bending, lifting (up to 25lbs), and manual dexterity
Carrying camera equipment and projecting voice over crowds

Responsibilities

Entice customers/guests into the store and to buy products
Show customers/guests all available products.
Help customers/guests select products topurchase.
Collect payments for purchases, following company procedures for checks and credit card authorizations.
Work effectively with more than one customer at a time.
Resolve customer problems with tact and diplomacy.
Assist customers/guests with refunds and/or exchanges using tact and diplomacy and following company procedures.
Take pictures using proper techniques and methods.
Process pictures correctly.
Process pictures with heat pressing (certain stores only).
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
Work with other employees as a team.
Perform opening and closing cashhandlingproceduresas assigned.
Follow proper record keeping and cash handling procedures.
Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
Report to work ready to work according to Colorvision and worksite grooming, hygiene and appearance policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
