About The Position

Part-time opportunities for Cashier and Sales Associates. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for shooting sports. The ideal candidate will be able to assist customers, accurately process transactions, and maintain awareness of firearm safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED certificate preferred.
• Prior retail or sales experience preferably in the retail industry.
• Prior retail cashier or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legally eligible to work in a firearms environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• Shooting sports knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and salesmanship.
• Accurately tenders transactions using company's POS system.
• Demonstrates constant awareness of firearm safety.
• Executes all required firearms paperwork within legal parameters.
• Provides product knowledge and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive motions.
• Standing and walking the entire work shift.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
