About The Position

The Sales Associate at the Dix 30 Store is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products. Key duties include making sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and meeting operational expectations. The associate will maintain personal and productivity goals, connect with clients to assess their needs, and continuously learn and share product and trend expertise through product training. Additionally, they will contribute to brand awareness by assisting the store manager with social media. Requirements

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
• Motivated to achieve excellent results thanks to his or her enthusiasm for running.
• Autonomous, able to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
