About The Position

The Sales Associate represents Orangetheory Fitness to people visiting or contacting the studio and helps prospective clients learn about the workout and membership options. The role is suited to someone who is enthusiastic about fitness, positive, communicative, and comfortable speaking with a wide range of people. Sales Associates work with trainers to help introductions experience their first workout, support studio sales and outreach, and help keep the studio clean and organized. Duties and selection requirements may vary by studio location.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, also known as introductions.
• Give studio tours.
• Work with trainers to guide introductions through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
